It has come to by attention that you are the sole proprietor of your business. I believe it is in your best interest to switch from this form to a corporation. Currently, as a sole proprietor you are at fault for everything that goes right and wrong within the scope of your business. Also, you are losing out on capital gains by acting a sole proprietor. I hope this letter will be enough to convince you to switch over to a corporate run business.
Firstly, you earn and take in all of your revenue, which equates to more profit for you and your company, or so you thought.
