First off, Rome's Pizza is more expensive. This is due to the fresh, non-frozen ingredients used to make the pizza. On the contrary, Pizza Patron is very cheap. This is due to the frozen dough, and frozen ingredients used to make the pizza. Additionally, Rome's Pizza's are made on the spot when you place your order. Unlike Rome's, Pizza Patron has their pizzas pre-made and just have them sitting in an oven until someone buys a pizza. Rome's Pizza has an outstanding & knowledgeable staff. Personally I have never had a problem with the service at Rome's Pizza. Sadly, this is a different story with Pizza Patron. The staff at Pizza Patron are usually teenagers which for some reason love to argue with adults. The last time I had an issue with the pizza being undercooked & they simply told me to quit complaining & to call corporate and let them know i had an issue. You'd at least expect some sort of discount from the purchase or something. I believe the situation could've been handled better on their
