Brain training apps might be used to enhance sport performance by improving certain aspects of the brain. One aspect, claimed by brain training apps to be improved is memory. Memory is used to enhance sport performance by remembering certain patterns and locations. For example a hockey player must remember where his or hers teammates are. Professional hockey players are excellent at remembering locations of players, as they almost always know where their teammates are on the ice or should be. This enhanced memory will give a player a competitive edge on a player who lacks this level of memory. Another aspect is attention and focus. Athlete’s attention and focus is crucial in sport performance. An athlete with good attention and focus will be able to block out any distractions of fans or from other players who are trying to distract you from your task. If a player is focused on their task at hand then they will perform at their highest ability. This app is endorsed by a few famous professional athletes by the names of Jose Bautista, Richard Sherman, Caroline
