I have read so many books on how to become a successful leader that for sure my answers could be influenced by them. Once I set mind to do what was correct, the results revealed that I am a socialized power motive person. My highest score was 143 for socialized power motive, 89 for affiliative motive, and 68 for personalized power motive. Via analyzing my results, I discovered patterns that truly represent who I am. What called my attention the most was the fact that I like to help people and solve conflicts by listening to everyone. The Principal’s Influence Questionnaire is a great tool that can assist all of those who want to know what kind of leader they are. The three power motives: personalized power motive, socialized power motive, and affiliative motive described by the questionnaire can definitely provide evidence of who we are as an administrator as well as what we should improve to become an effective one. Undoubtedly, it abetted me in understanding who I am as a leader and also what I should to ameliorate who I am. It is a tool that I will definitely keep in mind as I get closer to become a school
