5. Neuroticism: High scorers = worrying, high-strung, insecure; Low scorers = hardy, relaxed, secure, calm.
Score on the dimension: 27 percentile
This means that I am “generally relaxed.” The low percentile score on this dimension reflect a positive trait of not being neurotic i.e. being nervous, worrying etcetera.
In general, the Big Five Personality Test suggests that I am relatively open to experiences, well-organized and people can rely on me. In terms being sociable and friendly I am assessed as neither being too much of an extrovert nor an introvert. On the Agreeableness dimension, I received an average score which suggests that I am fairly good-natured and not much of a rude or harsh. Finally, on the negative dimension of Neuroticism, I received a low score meaning I tend to be relaxed, calm and hardy in most situations.
For the most part I agree with the results of the test. The test I feel, is fairly accurate in its suggesting that I am open to new experience, that I am well-organized, calm, and good natured. But I feel that in real life I am more sociable than the test suggests.

Without followers there can be no leaders. There are a number of ways I can contribute as a follower to effective leadership.
1. Asking right questions rightly: One should not follow their leaders blindly rather we should ask questions but these should be asked politely and in a friendly way.
2. Being well-organized: I feel the trait of me being organized and reliable will help increase the effectiveness of leadership. Firstly, my work is well-organized and therefore a leader can rely on me for information and work on time and in an organized fashion.
3. Calm & Relaxed: I am calm and relaxed person and therefore in situations of stress I will able to help my leader remaining composed – it makes life of a leader much easier in a crisis situation if his/her followers are calm and composed and focused on doing what the leader is asking them to do.
