ESTJ: Extravert-Sensor-Thinker-Judger... that is my personality. After taking this test and seeing my results I was not surprised of the results. I am, a very outgoing, opinionated, straight forward, go-getter kind of person, that likes things neat and tidy. I feel obligated to do all that I can to enhance mine and my family 's life. However, I was surprised that my personality type is called "The Executive" and not "the Judge" because I hold very high expectations of people and expect nothing but their best. This explains why everyone always tells me that I am very strict with my daughter. While reading my results, I was happy to see that this is not a bad trait to have. Indeed it keeps me stressed and awake at night but my daughter will grow up knowing how to make decisions and face the consequences of those decision, good or bad, and she will be able to handle what life throws at her. Plus, she will be able to recognize and appreciate the dedication, sacrifices, and hard work that her father and I endured in raising her. I have no doubt now that she will grow up a independent, respectful, hard working, god loving, productive citizen.
Having an ESTJ personality, makes life challenging for me because I am always disappointed...nothing is ever good enough. People, especially love ones, seem to unfailing let me down. Every day, I have to remind myself that everyone is different and what is important to me may not be important to them and that is not always a bad thing.
