I consider myself to be an organized individual, who strives to have control over situations. I would on any given time painstakingly plan my actions beforehand and stay on track on the plan I had set out to achieve.

A good example is when I plan overseas trips with my family. Months before the trip I would do a detailed research of the location, people, culture, food, crime rate, logistics, and even health issues in the area. I will draw up a plan and look for one or two backup plans.

Working in an organized system and creating a schematic process for a project, would mean that a fellow team member with a judgment trait like mine would be ideal.

Hence, the choice of an INFJ personality trait will be the ideal project partner to work with.

In my opinion, working with an introvert with similar goals, ideology and drive will be valuable on a project as success can be achieved more efficiently. There will also be less time spent trying in understanding the behavior of someone with a conflicting personality and less friction based on opposing styles in completing the task.

The INFJs are a very rare personality type with a tendency to be orderly and systematic. They are been described as perfectionist, with a strong value system (The Personality Page,

According to the Jung Typology Test, I have the personality type "INTJ". This indicates that I am mostly an introverted, thinking, and judging personality. While I consider these characteristics to be natural tendencies that I have, it is important for me to remember to avoid using labels as excuses for who I am in the flesh. I have a "moderate preference of introversion over extraversion" (humanmetrics.com) according to the test. I am shy and reserved around most people, and I often find a lot of group interaction stressful.…

I would describe my personality as approachable, light hearted, and positive. I believe that, if asked, my colleagues and supervisor would say the same about me. I have worked with diverse groups of people most of my career, including my time in University. In reflection, I was able to identify several instances in my life where both grit and a task-oriented personality allowed me to achieve great things. That attitude has become a part of me, and I think that it would be clear in nearly any situation, regardless of what the interviewer’s personality may be. This is where my type is inaccurate in describing me, but however inaccurate some of the data points were, INFJ qualities are, more often than not, shared with me. I agree with a majority of them, including the ability to inspire others, the perfectionistic attitude (for better or worse), an interest in social sciences and humanities, and several other…

This type indicates that my personality exhibits strength of character in regards to stability and assertiveness while simultaneously being good-natured and trustworthy. INFP individuals “are more productive when the effort [invested] reflects some ideal or service;” for instance, by adding some sort of altruistic aspect to otherwise meaningless work, this action can motivate INFP personality types (Kroeger, Thuesen, & Rutledge, 2002, p. 340). As far as values and attitude insight, I am reserved and creative, a combination which allows for problem-solving and innovativeness. When looking at what motivates me, I found that I am nearly equal within the three needs, namely growth, relatedness, and existence; this score is likely due to my being at a point in my life where I want to increase my skillset, form new social relationships, and find a job within my new community. As far as the decision-making process, I have a high level of faith in people; as I have a creative mind, I am able to look at problems and find innovative ways to solve these.…
