Personality Masks Unit Analysis

Introduction
It’s just started to sink in that the three years of my AT experience is coming to a close. I have learned so many new things in AT that will help me as I continue to live my life. This unit is by far my favorite one. When the unit was first brought up I thought to myself what was the point? I thought by now that I knew who I was completely. But as this unit continued on I realised I didn't know myself as much as I thought. I learned all about my weaknesses and my strengths. This unit has changed the way I perceived myself.

Personality Masks
Every living being on this Earth has personality masks and they each have tried on at least one different mask during their lifetime even if they don't know it. There are many reasons why people put on personality masks but the main reasons they put on the masks because they want to fit in with others around them they also want to feel tough as they feel insecure inside. Personality masks create a false representation that others will come to know. There are many people that put on a personality masks just because they are don't want to be bullied for who they really are, or they have something that is happening that is troubling them in

You need to be able to overcome all obstacles that come in your way by simply knowing your strengths and weaknesses. By knowing this you can work on your weaknesses and improve more on your strengths. Self knowledge also helps you recognize how you feel. Self Knowledge will help you know what makes you happiest and what makes you mad, sad etc… It also helps you know just how much you can handle both mentally and physically. It also helps you know who you truly are. It helps you know whether you're an introvert or an extrovert. As a student it helps me know the best way I can learn and study. Self knowledge also helps people become in control of their lives and stay in
