In the book the “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding there are three main characters with three totally different personalities. Each of these three characters represent a personality from Sigmund Freud's Theory. Freud was born in France in 1856 and mostly studied the human mind and how it affects personality. Jack in the book the ”Lord of the Flies” shows the personality id the best. The id is the impulsive part of our mind which responds directly and immediately to instincts.
