ENFJs motivating quality is matching me. I like to play a leadership roles, people listen my suggestion and ideas. I am so focused and plan for future rather than thinking of present. I prefer to plan more rather than achieving it. I am a cleanliness freak and want the things to be organized. I am very fussy when it comes to home environment. I always attend any events on time. My emotional feelings are in two extremes: tremendous bubbly to dark moody. . I am an easy approachable person for advice and people trust me. Personality assessment is very accurate about my characteristics to make friends. My friends like to discuss their problems with me but I wouldn’t let them know about my personal life issues. I seems to be very happy from the outsider’s view. I like to keep the people happy and charming.
The characteristics which didn’t match me is spending time with people. I like to spend time with people but not always. I prefer to be alone when I want to take decisions or when I am in deep thinking. I am proud to say that I have a good communication style. I am not having a stage fear to speak in public and express my thought. I am the first person to present a presentation representing my college. Furthermore, I am capable of persuading people to accept my thoughts. I always wanted to involve myself in any conservation. I like to involve in an in-depth discussion about any topic. I am so expressive and spontaneous to express my views. I wanted to tell my thoughts first and let others say their opinion. I wouldn’t be listening until I express my views or I listen. I am concentrating on working on that, I know this habit will irritate others. Speaking to all kinds of people is my strength. I am good in exchange of ideas and opinions to a group discussion.
