A person's personality can be difficult to change once is formed, but not impossible, perhaps certain aspects of a person's personality is more difficult to change than others. If the person remains in the environment what he or she was raised, it will be very difficult to change their personality. From a Christian perspective, the Bible tell us: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come; the old has gone, the new is here.” (2 Cor. 5:17 NIV) When a person accepts Christ, there is a change in their lives, and that change will be evident in their behavior, and in their personality. Personality can be viewed differently from Christian perspective than a secular point of view; from a Christian perspective, a person that becomes a Christian will be a new creature, and not just that, a Christian will take on the characteristics of Christ, a person who is often angry, will become more and more meek, like Christ, someone who has trouble forgiving people will become more and more forgiving, because they know that Christ have forgiven them. For someone who becomes a Christian, they will become more like Christ, they will never be perfect, but they will become more and more like Christ, and that includes their personalities as well. Based on the Christian principle, we can expect a Christian to change some of his personality through his or her lifespan, mostly the aspects of the personality that is in conflict with Christian principles; as for secular people, their personality might change as well, especially after significant events in their lives,
