I have also learned that I like to have ideas and to implement them. In my work life, I have developed many ideas that are still in use today. I am happy to say that my ideas have helped facilitate progress and efficiency. I have also learned that I am the kind of person that enjoys a well devised strategy. I also have to learn how to have patience in delegating specific assignments to other colleagues at work and to help them instead of judging
