From that life altering experience, I was raised with the belief in a relational God but there were periods that I struggled with what I believed, and how I viewed myself and the world around me. I feel like at the time I wasn’t conscious of the fact that my worldview was my family’s view not my own. In middle school to about Jr. High School, I realized how I viewed myself at the time. During this period of time, I did not view myself positively. It got to the point where I considered life or death. Suicidal thoughts clouded my mind day and night. The funny thing is, all I wanted to do was for someone to notice but at the same time never to notice. Looking back, I think there were many reasons why I had such low self-esteem. In general, I
