I have gone from not working out at all to working out everyday and feeling great about it. I have been doing an ab work out to a video online every day. I have been working my upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. I do a high-intensity workout that lasts for 15 minutes. To work my arms I have been doing push-ups and using the rowing machine that I have in my house in the workout room. My goal was to be able to do 20 push-ups by the end of the wellness program and I can successfully do them now. I can also go on the rowing machine for seven minutes. Lastly I have been working on my cardio, I have never been a good runner so I wanted to improve that. I have been going on the treadmill and have been slowly making the time on it longer and longer. I feel great knowing that I have improved my cardio because it was always a weak point for me. I always dreaded running but now I don’t mind it as much because I know that I can improve. I have been keeping track of my workouts on a calendar, looking back at the calendar I realize that I only skipped a few days here and there due to plans, being busy, or not having time. Other than those couple days I worked out every single day and improved in all of those areas throughout this time period. I kept track of my workouts on a calendar to know when I worked out and how long each day. I also wrote down what exercises that I did so I knew and could look at my progress. …show more content…

Our bodies need food and healthy food is even better. I have been eating three meals a day and fruits and vegetables almost every day and I just feel that overall my body is thanking me for it. After eating fruits and vegetables every day I realize how much they actually don’t taste as bad as i thought and actually taste good and I have found new ways to eat them and enjoy it. Since I’ll be at eating fruits and vegetables the whole rest of my family has done the same and we have all been eating healthier so since all of us are doing it it made it easier for me too. I found this quote that relates perfectly to eating healthy, it is by Ann Wigmore, it states, “ The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” I think that quote is perfectly said. I kept track of what I was eating in an app on my phone so I could log what I was eating wherever I was.To sum up my experience with eating healthy, I have began to enjoy eating healthy because it taste good and I
