According to Logan J. (March, 2004), the five questions that were especially valuable and helped us in formulating our mission, vision, and personal values statements are:

What is the overall purpose of our organization?

This question helps our organization itself and others stakeholders to know clearly what we do, who we do it for, and how and why we do it. Moreover, this question helps our organization to set the boundaries for its current activities.
