I enjoy taking a lead role at sports events and helping to motivate my fellow-team-mates.
My PE teacher has acted as mentor in my Certificate III training and she helps me get through the learning and physical aspects of the course. In time I will find someone to mentor me from outside of school that I can develop a strong relationship with in a professional capacity around physical training and personal development.
I have done a lot of reading of articles about personal trainers and the best ways to become a PT. I am aware of the steps I will need to take to achieve success in my future. The several articles I have read have also helped me gain confidence and I learned a lot about what I want and need to do.
I have set out to achieve at least a C grade or higher in my research project to pass this subject and achieve one of my goals so that I can get my SACE. This would help me on my way to having a successful future being a personal trainer. Hopefully I can achieve this and move one step closer to traveling Australia and helping others to achieve their dreams by becoming fit and healthy and living a healthy
