For example, I am social and find work fulfilling when I am interacting with different people and bringing out the best out of my team by motivating them.

I absolutely never rush anywhere and people always hear me say that events do not start until I get there. I am also someone who is very intrigued by the future and what blessings are in store for me and my family. I often find myself discussing these thoughts with my wife, who is an INFJ, and we both enjoy the conversation because we use the bible as a spiritual framework we apply meaning to every area of our lives and it show when we have these conversation (Fischer, 3). Also while reading Type Talk at Work it was further affirmed that I am truly intuitive. When read that Intuitive people tend to answer questions with general responses and cannot understand why people cannot follow my directions. I find this to be very true for me at work when training employees. I expect everyone to take my general direction and go to action. While some employees can do this, others may ask me for very specific directions and I find that I become very frustrated and push them to uncover the answer themselves.
