Stolen
Kate pulled into the parking lot of Darnell Hall at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She took a deep breath and turned off the car.
¨Arrived about to engage.¨
She spoke into her smart watch and watched the message go through to her mom and brother. All she had to do was pose as a student for the CSI. Not hard at all. Not just pose as a student, but be the roommate of the person they were trying to catch, Penelope Smith. Kate got out of the car and grabbed the bags she had. She checked in and headed up the stairs. Kate began unpacking her side of the room. When she was done, she sat on her bed and thought back to eight months ago. That was why Kate was attending Georgetown University with Carter. A text message came from Carter.
“Following her, meet me at the Smithsonian Museum.”
An hour later, Kate found Carter sitting on a bench outside the museum. His black hair gleamed in the sun, identical to Kate’s.
“I think she is going to break into the Smithsonian Museum and steal the Hope Diamond,” Carter said as a way of greeting.
Kate was baffled for a moment, “Why?” she asked.
“Penelope sat in a cafe across for the museum and met with a precious stone and material

“Actually, maybe you do. I know your dad is dead. What would you do if you could go back and prevent his death? Anything wouldn’t you? Well that’s what I’m doing. There is a legend where I come from that the viper of this snake will kill out cancer. I’m bringing it back to my dad right now to try it. Let me, please. I’ll turn myself in either when he gets better or dies, but right now he has no one to care for him.” She said these last words with pain in her voice. Kate knew that there was no way that the viper would cure cancer, it was too far-fetched. Before she could decide what to do, there was a pinprick in the side of her neck and everything went
