Personal Statements Of My Mentees

Decent Essays
Currently I have two mentees who I provide professional and personal guidance and support to. Foremost, I aim to assist my mentees in enhancing their personal and professional growth. As an added benefit it has also positively challenged me professionally and personally. In order to be an efficient mentor I have to remain current with newly implemented requirements for our job duties in addition to providing information for potential growth opportunities. I also have to be vigilant to the different personalities and goals of my mentees. Witnessing their professional growth and hearing of their accomplishments gives me a sense of pride knowing that my guidance is well perceived.
