Each of the four goals in NHS has a different meaning to different people. Leadership to me means to have an objective more important than yourself and interacting with others in a manner of trusting that I am going to lead them on the right path. Scholarship means always doing your best in every way possible, also a commitment to learning. What I’m willing or trying to contribute is leadership, scholarship, service, and character. What I’m willing to contribute on leadership is having a good morale. Having a good morale I would be good at helping teammates and lifting up their attitude, by giving those words of encouragements and giving them honest comments. I will not be giving them empty comments because it would backfire and not help them in the long run. I am also willing to contribute is scholarship. I can contribute scholarship by trying my best and not giving up when the going gets tough.
