Stress Management Plan Calendar

During Freshman College, I expect to encounter stressors such as increased academic workload, social conflict homesickness physical stress from heat and exercise worries about the future constant pressure to be safe constant awareness of deadlines, class times and scheduling

I choose to combat my academic workload stress by adding and sticking to a goggle calendar, which I can always access from the cloud. I apportioned out tasks to keep days fairly even, so no day is too easy or too difficult.

Social conflicts I hope to preempt by making time to socialize at meals with my roommate, suitemates and other students. I also set up stress reducing events that can be completed solo, or with friends. Video games,
