Goal1: Stabilize Mental Health: Client will improve mental health needs. Client current does not have a psychiatrist. Client has a poor history of medication management. Goal 2: Activities of Daily Living: Client is currently living in low income housing. She continues to struggle with establishing and maintaining a monthly budget. Client is able to pay all bills but does not have any extra money remaining for additional expenses. Social Sills: Client will improve her social skills, social support, and community interaction. Client has improved her social skills; however, the client has limited friends and limited interaction with others outside of her family members.
