In my CORE science class we had to write three essays throughout the semester they were sort of daunting to at first because they were supposed to be two pages single spaced on any scientific topic that I want to write on. While writing the first essay I was unsure what to write about and afraid I was having the problem that I had a year ago. Taking a breath, I start to go on recordable science databases and science magazines. I looking for something that was recent and interesting. Eventually, I found a lot of articles on Laron Syndrome. With an immense amount of research I studied my topic and after learning all I can I began to write. I felt really comfortable with my topic and was totally prepared to write. For this I got compliments for doing research and an A grade on the paper. The last paper this class helped me write was a short review of a Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra for my Aesthetics class. Knowing my teacher was my audience; I used logos to describe the terminology in music, ethos to describe how the music was controversial and pathos to express my emotions towards the music and concert. For this essay I another A grade. In conclusion, this class has been drastically different and immensely helpful. This year I have got so many good grades on my papers, I am more confident when I write. This class had shown me so much, I know my writing better and my study habits better. Overall, I am just ready to move on the writing course but I am not afraid to
