Personal Statement: Positive Christian Leadership

I believe that leadership is when somebody takes the initiative to help and motivate others by guiding and leading them to complete a goal or task. Leadership is very important because it helps people stay on track and achieve goals faster. It is especially important to show positive Christian leadership when I am acting because then I can show my faith and love for my Lord. If I act as a negative leader then it negatively affect others and their opinions of what they think about Christians. I love being a leader and taking on leadership roles because they help me learn more about myself and others around me. When there is an opportunity for me to shine God’s light through leading others, I gladly take it. My motivation for accepting leadership
