The journey of growing into a strong, respectable human being in a world that often seems unjust and even inhumane will be a confusing one. No doubt, at times you will lose your way or stumble, but I write to you this letter in hopes that it will serve you as a blue print – a roadmap of sorts, to guide you back to the right path and propel you forward towards ethical and virtuous leadership. Each of us is innately born with the capacity for both vice and virtue, but your choices and your motivations will determine if you will be virtuous or unethical. Understanding what the virtuous decision is will not always be clear, and it will not always seem pleasurable or easy, but this letter will help you understand that the virtuous way is always a careful and perfect mean between extremes.
