I am currently a sophomore at York College and a Early Elementary Education and Special Education major. I am interested in being an Orientation Leader because I enjoy helping people in anyway that I can. I also have a love for York College. Being an Orientation Leader fits both of these interests because I would be helping students’ transition to York College and spreading spirit and moral. I enjoy helping students learn their way around York College, setting them up for success, and helping to make their experience at York College as fantastic as I have had. I also believe I have an advantage because I am a commuter. I can relate to other commuters, or even students who are shy, to get involved and make friends on campus.
