The list includes my parents, my educators, and the teachers I work alongside with on a daily basis. I have learned priceless work ethics from each one of them. I have learned to be a leader by possessing qualities of by being consistent, striving to always finish what I start, being honest, genuine, and well-mannered. The people I mentioned previously served others unconditionally. Were my parents willing to serve me? Yes, they gave me the structure to be respectful and hardworking, generously giving me their undivided attention and exhibiting great patience to ensure I was in the right direction. What about educators? Did they serve me? My educators taught me how to think critically, be a dreamer and a doer, stay motivated, lend a hand to those in need, and always do it with love and the upmost respect. I have witnessed my co-workers serving others. It is their job to teach, but they also serve by making it their duty to sit and listen to a child express his sorrow over his broken home. I have watched co-workers find lunch for a child who has not eaten for long periods of time. I have been part of a groups who volunteer to bring clothes form their home for children who only have one set they wear every day and cannot afford another. I consider myself truly blessed to have had many opportunities in my life to witness outstanding people serve their fellow man. I can only hope one day my co-workers, students and community look at me the way I admire those who led and served
