New Years resolutions are goals people set to improve their lifestyle. Many people start strong but don’t end strong. Others don't set goals at all. “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” - wayne Gretzky. His quote can also be applied to life and goals. My first goal is to drink more water. Water is a very important to your body because it help it function properly. I have trouble staying hydrated and get headaches and sometimes very sick. My coach always says “Drink before your thirsty!”. The next goal I have is to continue to get better at time management. I’m already very good at staying organized but have trouble managing my time.
