Personal Statement: My Score Is Average Stress

Decent Essays
1. My score is average stress. I am satisfied with my stress category. I am satisfied because I am glad to not be highly stressed out. I know that I don’t stress a lot, I mostly only stress when I know I didn’t finish or accomplish my work, but overall I rarely get mega stressed out. But if I choose to change one thing that initiates stress, it would be that I am generally in a hurry.
2. When I am in a hurry it is usually when I am getting ready for school, or an event in the morning. To not be in a hurry and not be stressed because I am in a hurry I should not waste time and sit on my bed in my room doing nothing. To lower my stress I should calm down, and not go crazy. When I know that I am stressing about being late, hurrying, or school

Keeping my three personal and professional goals realistic, I would have to say a personal goal is to finish school at SNHU with a 3.0 GPA or above. I think a way for me to accomplish this goal is to stay focused on the tasks at hand, maintain a good relationship with my advisors and to utilize some of the tutoring options that are available to me as a student. Another personal goal is to work on myself, mentally. I cannot be a good mom or wife when I have the stress, anxiety and depression that I do. A way to help accomplish this goal is to not only start speaking with a psychiatrist (first appointment is August 4th) but to also have my thyroid checked.…
