I am Jingwen(Allison) Zhao. In 2012, I moved to San Francisco, as an immigrant, I tried my best to overcome obstacles and develop abilities constantly. I started my academic journey in CSM in 2013, I chose Communication as my major because of my love for writing and my affinity for meeting and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds. My tenure in student government groomed me into an adept problem solver, negotiator, and critical thinker, always willing to help others. Coupled with my love of competitive dance, writing, and singing, I was able to express myself and engage with my peers and exchange cultural perspectives. My experience and background have honed my ability to be inclusive and seek to cultivate the unique contributions
