I 've never been so disrespected by a student or an employee in my professional experience. It seems that you have turned something of professional accountability, into a personal attack on yourself. It is evident that you 've officially crossed the line of our professional relationship in regards to respecting your supervisor. Since the beginning of the term, I have continued to ask you how can I support you? Your response has always been "continue what you 're doing, by holding me accountable." Repeatedly this is what you have asked me to do. As a University Housing Representative and your supervisor, it is my responsibility to assist the department anywhere and in any area where I see fit. You have unique role which allows you to be in two positions at once; within the same department. What is not acceptable is your blatant disrespect for me, this department, fellow students and your dear colleagues who work hard every day to make the residence experience better. As a University Housing Representative, I have the ability to limit your extra curricular involvement, which would include your involvement in NRHH. While your role as a Resident Assistant doesn 't directly relate to role in NRHH, the impact your are making impacts the department and students and that I have jurisdiction
