In beginning of my employment with the VA in 198?, one of my primary goals was to excel as an effective leader that will inspire others. However, I have discovered that in today’s business organization, leadership’s challenges can arise at any time. Under these circumstances, to be an effective leader, I understand that I must be able to respond to those challenges with intelligence, strategy, and expertise.
