Hi, I'm Darian! I think I would be a good addition to the team for a couple reasons. First one being that I live within walking distance of the restaurant. So there would rarely be times that I'd be late for work. I am also open to work weekends if needed.…
I first heard of ASMS through one of my previous ninth grade teachers, Mrs.Howard, who had both of her children go there. Highly recommending it she handed me a packet telling more about the school, which i continued to learn that it seemed to be just the right school. After looking deeply into the school and discovering its amaizing academic and extracurricular programs I was astonished. When I brought up the school every single person I knew said it was right for me and that I needed to take the chance when I could. So I decided to apply for the school to help with my goal to a career in astrophysics or aerospace engineering.…

Over the years I have worked diligently to maintain decent grades throughout middle school and high school. I have kept a grade point average of 3.5 and have devoted many hours of extra courses online in order to graduate in May of 2016, one year ahead of my class. From 2013 to 2015, I finalized a two-year Business Management Program and obtained college credits by completing this course. Through Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) in 2014 I earned a certificate for participating in the State Leadership Conference. I possess leadership through education and extracurricular activities.…
As a Family Advocate, I work with families and children from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. It is important to focus on building relationships of mutual trust, confidence, and respect for diverse families. After completing the observations, the anti-bias curriculum is a must to reflect the culture and background of the families and children in the program. Many families I work with are low income. My goal is to create an environment where children and families from different backgrounds can feel comfortable and belonging.…
1. What are your reasons for applying to Rutgers University School of Social Work? Discuss how your personal, professional, and/or community experiences and values affected your decision? Hi Deb We were able to met with Art last Friday and from the get go Stacy told Art that our trust was broken and from her part would never be fixed. We did not go into any details but I told Art our current situation "Today I wanted to go to Florida to visit my uncle and Dad and I told Stacy three weeks ago about my plan to leave today with Bella a few hours earlier (this is my weekend with Bella from 6pm until Monday 8am) so I can catch an afternoon flight. This has always been this way and I told Art. He did not wanted to focus on the current issues because it was only our first meeting…
I remember going to a basketball game and while I was home I had to fix a bottle of water, fix a bottle of orange juice, a cup of coffee then go to the store for Gatorade's and a few snacks before heading to the gym. When I got to the gym, I was nervous about leaving my bag around and it being taken. I was upset because of the number of water bottles I had to carry over to the bench just for myself. Also, I am not the wallet type of person at all.…

Upon reflection of the last few years of my life, I a proud to say that I have transformed from a simple studios human into a captivating self-driven woman. Like others, when I began high school, I was relatively oblivious to the needs of others and lacked insight to who I would become. Immediately after gracing the front doors to my high school, I stumbled upon a variety of activities that satisfied my need for knowledge and my extroverted personality. As a freshman, I participated in volleyball, basketball, and outdoor track. On the academic side, I fell in love with my Health Team Relations class and began to see the beauty of helping and healing others.…
Throughout much of my time in school I have always been assigned some sort of writing assignment; that could be a two or three page essay or just a writing assignment, but I have always felt confident in my work when they are turned in. In my works that I have turned, I have always received a quite acceptable grade until the first day of school my junior year. I signed up for the American Studies course with Mrs. Gilly and that day I realized that my previous works for other classes would not be acceptable for her standards. At first, I had underestimated her and her class, but that thinking did not last long. Within a week of her class, I had started on the path for excellence.…
A large of amount of the items I bring with me on a daily basis, are those which I find necessary for my routine. Among these are 2 inch binders for each different subject; a red pencil bag, mostly filled with useless dry pens and scraps of paper that I've been procrastinanting to throw out; a variety of snacks, candies and chewing gum; my spare house key; my two calculators, a TI-89 for Pre- Calc and a non-graphing calculator that I forgot to romove after the Ap Bio exam; my cell phone and its charger, so I can make and receive calls, but also as a way for me to feel safe in case of an emergency; my wallet, where I carry money and my student IDs from the past three high school years; ocassionally my laptop and its charger, if it is needed for a project or just as a form of entertainment during lunch.…
