I want to become an educator because I have a passion for educate and help others reach their dreams. I knew I wanted to become an educator since I was in the 7th grade and I have had opportunities to work with children. Each time that I worked with children, the children learned the material that they were struggling on and I felt great because they felt great. When I get to work with children I get a feel inside that I cannot explain and I really enjoy that feeling. Teaching is very important to me because I feel like education is extremely important. Also, educators have the opportunity to be a positive role model that makes a positive impact on children’s lives. I have had some great educators and they have helped me go after my dreams and I want to be able to do the same for other children. My view on the learner and learning process is that more time needs to be invested into improving the learning process for the learner. We have to be able to communicate with each other and give out ideas and listen to new/different ideas. To fully help our children learn more and be better than educators need to come together to help each other. Helping another educator is helping more students and that can lead to a powerful foundation. Being an Early Childhood educator, I will be educating my students in each common core subject. I am still trying to figure out what grade level that I want to teach but I think that I teach 2nd or 3rd grade. I will have to make sure that I teach my children in a way that benefits each and every one of them so that they are all learning. I also have to make sure that I give more than a hundred percent in and out of the classroom because teaching is a full-time job that does not stop once school is
