There are a lot of factors that I would take into consideration for the future job I would apply for after finishing university and even now while I am studying, these would be as follows:
Equality: I would like to have the same opportunities regardless of my gender, because in most work places men have bigger power then women. In my future work place I expect to have fair employers polices and be treated as equal.
Job Security: This factor is very important for me and my future. It’s essential for me to know that I will be able to work in my job without the fear of being unemployed.
Personal Development: For my job I would like to assess all opportunities and develop myself as individual. I would not want to be stopped of my possibilities of me growing as person and earning more money. As a person who likes a good challenge and continued growth I would like to become more aware of my weaknesses and strengths, so I could improve my weaknesses to strengths and further achieve my goals.
Good Relationships: In my job I would like to have good relationships with my manager and colleagues. As in my previous work place I did not have good relationships with one of my colleagues, this factor is very important in my next job. …show more content…

By comparing each other we could improve higher level of determination and work harder which would also result in secured job placement and financial reward. Personally what would motivate me is flexible working, holiday benefits, but as for rewards it would be increase in salary, but as not many companies tend to do that, then recognition for the hard work would also be
