One of the most extroverted jobs is a teacher and I classify as an introvert. It is a different choice in career path being an introvert and sometimes it can do more harm than good. I states previously that being an introverted teacher works if there is a balance. However, not everyday can be a perfect tranquillity. Some days most the class just chooses not to participate and would rather be noisy with their classmates than listen to what I have to say. The reason why this is a challenge because when the environment gets too loud I can’t focus and when I can’t focus I can’t gather my thoughts and when I can’t gather my thoughts I get stressed. It is being able to be focused and dedicated in teaching while maintaining a professional appearance. A teacher can accomplish this by dressing professionally everyday at work and give students lessons that they can engage in and genuinely learn from. It is taking a step back from presenting the material to teaching the material.
