Compassion, empathy, and communication are perhaps my greatest strengths. Compassion will allow me to be mindful of both patient and client. Empathy will allow me to listen to the needs of others. Communication will allow me to clearly articulate details. As a pet owner the bedside manner of the vet technician has been very important to me when it comes to my two dogs and cat. I want to trust that they are listening to my concerns and that they have the ability to explain anything to me that is confusing. These traits enable trust. I want to trust the person(s) caring for my pets. I want to be sure clients trust me. And, most importantly, I want the dog, cat, bird to sense they are in trusting, caring
