You have heard about Steve Jobs and Lee Byung-chul. If you have not, you will know them as soon as you hear IPhone, and Galaxy. Every one of us has one of these products, and we use them all the time in school, business, and personal work. Thinking about my future, immediately I would say 70 to 80 percent of people, as I believe, will think about having enough money that can let them live wealthy. According to the Detterbeck wealth management website, once people think about their future, they immediately think about the financial issues. We need to be financially well off to support ourselves and our family at any point of time. This financial security is my first priority. I have a belief, probably not everyone will agree with me, but I still believe in it; If you have a really good job that pays you a good salary, your future will be good enough to let you raise your children and have a good family in a good level in your community. A lot of reasons made me think about having my own company as a dream job which are leadership, routine, and to earn more money.
I have been dreaming all the time of the time when I can have my own company. That has my name on it . People will know me by the name of the company and the work I do. Being a leader means a lot of responsibility. Leadership or being the head of the company is one of my priorities. Being the one in charge is not what most people like. However, I would like to be in charge because I am so cautious and it fits with me because the way that I grow up. My father raised me to love the leadership, so I think being the leader means being the owner and the leader at the same time. I do believe that will always help me because feeling of being in a charge is challenging, so it will improve me in different ways. Moreover, it will make me an independent person who relies on himself. Giving the orders and being the head is really good things that anyone will agree with me on. I am that person who loves to be accountable for a lot of people because it widens my gaze, gives me a lot of wisdom and make me responsible. In addition, the way that the worker will treat you as boss is really motivating. By all this, I don’t mean that I would not listen to my subordinates. I would include them in decision-making, as they will know the actual difficulties better. Accepting or not will depend upon the mission, vision and the overall goals of the organization. Authority and responsibility go hand in hand. Thus, in order to get the needed job done, we need to be so dedicated that the subordinates take our orders with will rather than out of
