I feel that this is the biggest challenge, considering the commitment, cost of attending, and the knowledge and experience. I feel that this is another obstacle that is similar to the planning of attending Arizona State University, at the beginning of Fall 2015. I had others who doubted me, the cost of attending ASU, and if I was capable of commitment myself to attend. The BHAG would lead me to obtaining a job where it requires me to possible be a Business

Once I reach my BHAG, I would feel that I have finally obtain my goal. However, one of my major goals prior to returning to college, I have always desired to at least have an associate degree. Following the gaining of the associate degree, the next goal was to acquire a bachelor degree. Now that I will have my bachelor degree in couple of weeks, my next goal is MBA. It seems, once I reach one goal, it isn’t enough.
When the BHAG becomes a reality, I believe I would plan another goal to achieve and continue on with education or opening other businesses. It’s difficult to tell. Since an early age, I have always wanted to be involved with health sciences, and I have work as hard as I can to accomplish this dream. As a biracial child in America, I never quite fit in. Growing up in Mendocino,California with exactly one “black” girl (myself) in the entire school, I was the go to for questions about rap music, dance moves and slang. I felt as if I was a representative for the entire African American race even though I am just as white as I am black. Once I left the sheltered bubble of Mendocino, I saw more people that didn’t look like me which left me in an identity crisis, everyone had a community except for me. My African family praised my fairness, and adored my curly tresses, but my white family didn't understand what to do with it.…

I sat on a rock watching a group of elementary school kids explore the natural world. They looked at fish, hopped on rocks and followed bugs to their hearts’ content. We were about a mile from our cabin, at the end of Christopher Creek before it went under the road. As a junior counselor, I probably went way out of my jurisdiction in taking my four campers on such a long trip down the creek, but their enjoyment was worth the potential trouble. I couldn’t believe it; none of them had ever taken a trip down a creek.…
