These bakers set ideas respond well to goals and it creates a stronger vibe and work ethic than just clocking in and out every day. When it comes to finding good employees, hiring managers often look for candidates who can take initiative and get work done with little to no encouragement. The employees will understand the importance of good communication, and just how badly things can go wrong when a message is unclear or missed altogether. Personality can mean the difference between an employee who doesn't stay long and fails to produce vs. an all-star who is going to significantly increase your competitive advantage.
