Personal Statement: Baseball As A Job

As a child, I have always dreamed of playing baseball professionally. To this day it is still a dream of mine that I have two years left to achieve. I feel that I am in a better position than most of my friends that I used to play with in high school because I am still playing at the division two level. I would consider baseball a dream job because I have passion for the sport and I enjoy playing the game. Although baseball is a sport, it is also considered a job because at the professional level you get paid. Who wouldn’t want to play a sport they have been playing since they were a child as a job? Playing baseball as a job would definitely meet all the requirements we discussed for job satisfaction.
