On Halloween night from 5:00 pm to closing time, you have the chance to get a burrito, taco, or salad from Chipotle for only three dollars! All you have to do is wear a costume and then add an unnecessary addition to it. An example would be a fairy costume and then add a mustache to your face or a ghost in high heels. The message that they are trying to say, from the costumes, is that Chipotle's food is made with all natural foods that are not processed or added with preservatives, such as how McDonalds, Burger King, and others' food are added with preservatives so that they can last longer. McDonald's and Burger King also have processed foods so that they can make the products at a cheaper price.…

The article basically talked about Chipotle Mexican Grill starting the third round of its “Cultivating Thought” author series of packaging by launching an essay contest for students through May 2015. The top 10 winners of the contest can have their work appeared on the new series of packaging in the next year as well as a $20,000 scholarship to receive higher education. Chipotle’s “Cultivating Thought” series of packaging was first activated in 2014, and the company put short but thought-provoking essays, which written by influential authors, actors and comedians, on their takeout cups and bags to inspire and amuse their customers. By offering this special way of presenting stories, Chipotle aimed to encourage writers from younger generation to share their own perspectives towards different topics.…

I believe I am an ideal candidate for Buc-ee’s due to my year of experience in customer service. I have learned to asset any situation concerning a customer and learned to handle and resolve any kind of complaint made by a customer. Working at Chili’s has also taught me how to effectively work as a team. I learned how to successfully communicate with my co-workers in order to run a smooth shift and how to work as a unit. In addition, I have been told multiple times by my co-workers and managers that I go the extra mile in my work whether its concerning helping out a co-worker or aiding a customer in order to better their experience at Chili’s.…

What was the specific hypothesis for your observation study? There would be more people leaving Chipotle around lunchtime outwardly happy, than there would be unhappy. What was the source of this hypothesis? It was a casual observation made by the researchers while eating at Chipotle that more people were outwardly happy than unhappy after eating Chipotle during lunchtime (in this case, between 11:30am and 1:00pm).…

Chipotle for the Win: For those of you NOT following the life-threatening news surrounding Chipotle, here is a quick catch up: Chipotle was slammed by a lawsuit at the end of 2015 for failing to disclose information about transgressions against food safety. This accusation was brought on by the outbreak of E. Coli found in Chipotle’s notoriously fresh ingredients. Nearly 500 people have contracted a foodborne illness from the Chipotle chain since July. Ironically, 374 of the 500 people sickened contracted the Norovirus/Norwalk virus from sick employees which had nothing to do with Chipotle’s ingredients. Taking that into account there were nearly 126 people that may have been sickened by Chipotle’s ingredients, but none died.…

The Story While Chipotle was taking a step towards the well being of its customers, many believe this action started an attack that caused more harm than good. In 2015, Timothy B. Lee of Vox.com wrote an article that discussed the rise of people getting sick from eating Chipotle. At the time, Chipotle was getting the word out about the changes they decided to make in their restaurants. They made the statement that all their foods were now going to be free of genetically modified organisms. They were the first major restaurant chain to make this announcement.…

It is not Chipotle, but it will have to do. Everyone has had this thought at the end of the month when the money to spend on takeout has run out and now we are stuck settling with eating in the dining hall that we are forced to pay a ridiculous amount of money for. On the first tour of Baylor’s many dining halls they had put out the superior delicious food, I guess that must be kept in the back now. Back then it seemed as if there was an edible choice for anyone and everyone; including vegans, and the freshman fifteen seemed inevitable. Having been here now for almost a semester the façade of the likelihood of delicious vegan meals had faded long ago.…
