I ended up figuring it out one step at a time and I fed the kids and the cat and changed them and put them to bed and played with them and I never lost my calmness when I was with them because I knew that those twenty four hours had nothing to do with me and how I felt but everything to do with them and I knew
I had to protect them and keep them relaxed and healthy and happy. I didn’t know when their mom would be home but I did know I had to make a plan. The biggest dilemma I have had at school was last year when I was doing horribly in
Geometry and I felt that no matter what I did in class, no matter how hard I tried I could not pass that class. To resolve this dilemma I stepped outside of class and went to the math labs after school and I worked harder and asked more questions. I ended up passing with a pretty decent grade in that
