I am applying for the residential assistant position. I learned about this position through a couple of people but mainly my RA. I go to my RA’s programs all the time and they are so much fun. I love interacting with new people and playing games. I have been very interested in becoming one for a while.
I am interested in this position because I enjoy being that person that anyone can talk to. The residents would be my main priority they can come up to me to talk about anything issues, problems or just to talk. I love being the person that people can talk to I try to help anyone out to the best I can. I used to work at a nursing home and I would always interact with the residents. They used to just want to talk and tell me about their past
