As a caregiver we should respect those rights and show the patient the care that they should have. I should not seperate them from the care they get from what their rights are or if they believe something I don’t. The responsibilities I will have for each patients are key to be able to help them grow and be comfortable. If I take different responsibilities differently each of them might not be used to help the patient at the best of my ability. I should stay determined to do whatever I can to help them with the care they need to become better or be comfortable with their environment. I should work strongly no matter how bad of a day it is. Not giving the patient the best care because I am not feeling well, don’t feel like doing anything or even not agreeing with another worker should not interfere with how I treat the patient. My behavior or attitude should not be a problem that my patient should see. The patient is there to have the care that they think they should have, I believe that I should show the patient the best out of the worst and to make them feel like they can be themselves in their medical environment. I should learn new things each day to help me grow as well as my patient. Learning those new certian things, through a patient, even through yourself or others is one key thing in being able to advance in being a better nurse. Working well with others, creating a stable and happier environment will not only help you but the patients around you. It will create new ideas, help the growth of the hospital and also, having a better all around hospital or facility where you are working at. Keeping a professional attitude towards the patients and co-workers is another key aspect in nursing. Being honest, being passionate and knowing the value of your job will help you grow and help you show patients care they
