Personal Statement: A Career As A Football Coach

Ever since i was a little kid i have loved football. I played with all my family and a little in seventh grade but now my dream is to be a football coach. I have always liked how the coach comes up with a crazy play that you think won't work but then the team wins and that is awesome. I also love how the coach can bring the team together and inspire the player to be better. That's why i want to become a coach to be able to do that with my team.

Salary- The median annual wage for coaches and scouts was $31,460 in may 2016. The median wage is the wage at which half the workers in an occupation earned more than that amount and half earned less. The lowest 10 percent earned less than 18,120 and the highest 10 percent earned more than $71,940. In may 2016 the median annual wages for coaches and scouts in the top industries in which the worked were a follow: Colleges, Universities, and professional school; states, local $43,490 and private. A master's degree may be required for some positions. One of the best choice for a major is physical education. As most high schools coaches are part of the teaching staff,education degree are usually mandatory. Courses, workshops and symposium in coaching, sports, and administration are useful. Experience, Skills, and personality traits. As nated previously high school coaches are usually part of the teaching staff. As a result, most have had experience with students teaching prior to a job appointment. High school coaches should enjoy working with young adults. Teaching and coaching skill are necessary. A complete knowledge and understanding of the sport ( or sports ) being a coached is necessary. Coaches must be positive and able to motivate others.
