Educational Philosophy
Every student has their own individual needs when it comes to learning. Not everyone will learn at the same level but, is able to reach the same level of achievement with ample positive influence and determination. Every learner needs to be intrigued with the quest of knowledge and understanding that learning never ends. Learning itself, is a self-seeking, revealing experience that happens at all stages of life and gives an abundance of opportunities for personal growth.

When instructing students, I stress the importance of understanding the main ideas and concepts that applies to the topic/subject. It is imperative for students to have a detailed understanding of their assignments/subject to further apply the knowledge for future use. I utilize the Socratic Method in instruction because it supports idealism with creative questioning, allowing the learner to think critically and form ideas to retrieve knowledge.
Every student has individual needs and differences that could impact their learning potentials. I believe in inclusion and assessing the unique needs of each student, is my primary responsibility. Existentialism methods enables me to understand the different needs of each student all while providing access to resources, activities, and projects. Personal freedom is also encouraged in my classroom to provide opportunities for self-discovery learning, exercising scholarly achievement and research methods.
As a teacher I will provide materials, readings, and assignments catered to my students learning needs. I must continue to embed myself with knowledge by staying current on the latest research, professional development, and academic resources. My curriculum is developed for the best interest of my students by stimulating their minds to achieve the unimaginable through critical thinking/questioning and experimental
