One year master course not only offer me a clear knowledge structure of human resource management, but also enhance personal skills for me. This paper will focus on two most vital aspects - how to manage time effectively and how to promote knowledge sharing when running a team work. This one year course helps me to obtain a clear future career target, in order to complete this target, I should work hard to obtain more experience and personal skills that will be illustrated at the end.
1. Time Management
For near one year learning, the most significant aspect I have learned is how to manage time effectively. According to Varga (2011), time management relates to different kind of skills, tools and technologies which were used to complete tasks or achieve goals. As the education system is different between China and British, before I came to the UK, I did not need to run different assignments, such as presentation, group discussion, and spend much time in reading booklist to prepare exams. Therefore, I was ignore the vital role of time management in daily life. I set an one week shore-term plan to manage time to read essays listed in handbook and learned how to balance my learning and leisure time from Performance Management class. I have found that theories could guide my action and through leisure time, my English improve more and I understood British culture which helps me to adapt to learning environment. Moreover, I set a long-term plan to guide my behaviour to complete model tasks.
