Nowadays world is changing constantly and rapidly. To be competitive for employability it is necessary to develop and learn new skills.
Being aware of this, enable me to audit my current skills and consider how I could make use them to develop as a Student.
Personal Skills
To develop a skill, I need to be aware where I am starting from. I should have knowledge about my current skills and what are my weaknesses. I should clearly set my goals that I would like to achieve and consider the way to get them. Using this kind of self- evaluation can be useful skill as well. From my past experience, educational history and knowledge I can clearly describe myself as a person that is on high self- motivated level, hardworking, learning from own mistake, working independently as good as a part of team. I have technical skills from range of engineering and IT and I am good in solving problems. The weakest skill I have to develop is definitely my self confidence that I should improve by active work with other people

Writing on academic level is one of the new skills I can adopt and develop during assignments and exams by using relevant style and conventions. Making and using the notes from observation, lectures and sources of information is skill that I can develop all the time during my course. I am improving my reading skills by using different ways of sorting information like skimming and scanning that I can select what is relevant to my work process from what is irrelevant. Reading and writing for academic purpose improve my communication skills. Another great skill is a time management. This requires a self- discipline to be able to finish task within deadlines and manage time in the effective way. Submitting assignment in time and good attendance for lectures will be good
