Getting Outside: Nine out of ten people don’t spend enough time outside, but that can easily be changed by going cycling. Many people I know don’t spend enough time outside. Cycling is an enjoyable way to spend time outdoors because there are many types of cycling: mountain biking, road cycling, and BMX riding. Firstly, Mountain biking is an enjoyable way to get outside. When mountain biking I feel very relaxed. Mountain biking is a great way to relieve stress. When you go really fast on a bike you don’t worry about problems in life, you only focus on the path ahead of you. This causes people to focus more on what’s ahead.
